A Marbled Elegance Chocolate Box For Valentine's Day

 Valentine's Day is on Friday, it sort of snuck up on me.

 We don't do anything extravagant, but I love to put something on everyone's pillow as a little treat, and one of my favourite things to gift is good chocolate - Lindt to be precise.

But a block of chocolate on the pillow is just a block of chocolate on the pillow, so over the years I've made different types of packaging, but my favourite is this very easy to make box. 

 I've adapted it from a video by a crafter by the name of Fiona or Fee, from Tasmania, I watched about 6 years ago. Over the years it's been adapted to suit Tim Tams and Choc Royals, as well as a 180g Cadbury block.

But today it's going to hold a block of Lindt chocolate, and I'll be putting this one on my darling's pillow while he's at work on Friday for a special treat.

Real Red Cardstock: (1) 8.25" x 9.75" (scored on long side at 4.5", 5.25" - this forms the spine of the box)
Gold Foil Sheets Mat Layers: (3) 4.25" x 8" (front, inside right and back)
